At 4th Avenue Coffee & Bites, we believe a coffee shop should be more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee—it should be an experience. 

Nestled right off Main Street in the heart of Coon Rapids, Iowa, our little coffee spot offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere inspired by the charm of European bistros.

The idea behind 4th Avenue Coffee & Bites was born from a lifelong love of exceptional coffee, delicious small bites, and the unique ambiance of intimate cafes. From our early days savoring the allure of Parisian coffee shops to the unforgettable tapas discovered in Spain, we've always cherished the balance of great food and drink paired with a warm, welcoming environment. We also developed a passion for lighter, creative breakfast options that delight the palate without being too heavy.

When we moved to Iowa, we found ourselves searching for a place close to home that captured the intimate atmosphere, soulful music, and relaxed, friendly vibe we adore. When our search came up empty, we decided to create it ourselves—and thus, 4th Avenue Coffee & Bites was born. It’s a space where good coffee, tasty tidbits, clean quality ingredients, and meaningful connections come together.

We proudly serve premium coffee whose beans are roasted right here in Iowa, and all of our bites are prepared with the freshest ingredients—chemical-free, organic, and locally sourced whenever possible. Whether you’re stopping by for a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, indulging in our unique small bites, or simply soaking in the ambiance, we hope you’ll feel right at home.
